Over the months
Your dataA description of your own sessions and Apple Health data. It shows what goes together for you, not what causes what.
- What it is
- Your weekly sessions lined up with weekly HRV, resting heart rate and VO2 max from Apple Health.
- How it is measured
- For each of the last 26 weeks: the number of sessions, the average of that week's nightly HRV and daily resting heart rate, and the last VO2 max Apple Watch estimated that week.
- How to read it
- Look for whether the lines move as your routine changes. Many things move these measures, training most of all, so they're shown side by side without a verdict.
- What it cannot tell you
- Weekly averages hide day-to-day swings, and VO2 max is only estimated after outdoor walks, runs or hikes with Apple Watch.
